It's highly likely Nolan wont be here and I very much doubt he'll be captain.
Bilic isn't going to pick someone purely on respect, he's going to pick the players that impress him between now and the game.
Even if Nolan doesn't doesn't leave by then it's highly unlikely based on his fading ability he would be in the first 17 given the completion in midfield.
